Message i've got the compression and leakdown test result from [ www.zcargarage.com ]

Compression and leak down
CYL#1 165 14%
CYL#2 165 11%
CYL#3 170 10%
CYL#4 165 5%
CYL#5 175 8%
CYL#6 160 8%

my z is 94TT auto, 166K on engine. 120K done in NOV, 2006 but only driven less than 2K. i know the compression numbers are not that bad but i'm worring about the bearings since the engine got the high miledge. my question is should i build the engine or just skip and take a chance.

i'll be doing the following things
JWT Sport 530bb Turbos
MSP Manifold
SZ 3" Expansion down pipes
SZ 3" Test pipes
SZ 3" cat back
Nismo 740cc injector w/ 300degree fuel rails
JWT Dual pop w/ new eprom for larger injectors
Blitz SBC I-Color spec R boost controller
Koyo Radiator, Nismo thermostat
HI waterpump pulley w/ new belt (UR crank pulley done w/ 120K)
change to NGK #7 spark plugs
New oem 95 5speed EFI harness
New oem knock sensor w/ harness
New oem 5 speed battery cable
NEW oem Alternator
NEW oem oxygen sensors
New oem oil pump w/ gasket and oil strainer (pick up tube)
replace front& rear oil pan seals (gasket)
replace intake valve cover gaskets
replace plenum gasket along w/ injector o-rings and insulators
replace throttle body gaskets and ACC(IACV) valve gasket
replace the turbo, manifold, downpipe gaskets, oil line and water hoses etc..
replace rear main seal, retainer and retainer gasket
replace (oil filter gasket) to cylinder block and o-ring

and i'll be swaping auto trans to 5speed as well using 97+ jspec tranny, 1 pc powertrain aluminum driveshaft, RPS segmented flywheel, as for clutch RPS max 6-puck or southbend DXD stage 5 6-puck not sure yet. not sure about the short shifter Z1 or something? and new N/A master cylinder, N/A clutch and brake pedal assembly set up w/ czp ss clutch line full length. most of the tranny parts are bought already including new 97+ Jspec tranny and waiting to be arrived. bought all new oem.
i still need to buy 1pc drive shaft, short shifter (bought oem shifter linkage assembly but i want short shifter), clutch and flywheel.

what's the best short shifter out there?

RPS or Southbend? which is better. i mean for smoother engagement. only this two brand. not carbon carbon or other $$$$ clutchs.

I know the right way is build the engine first but it gonna cost $$$$. ANY ADVICE???

some of the parts that're arrived so, i post the pictures here [ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2180622/progress-on-project-pics.html ]
